Main responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market growth for Ivy Water across all states in the South East.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the existing Sales Representatives in Enugu and Anambra, setting performance targets and ensuring accountability.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the distribution network to increase product availability and market share.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key regional distributors, wholesalers, and high-volume clients.
  • Analyze regional sales data and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee brand visibility and promotional activities within the territory.
  • Encourage a fair and pleasant environment with mutual respect in your dealings with everyone (internal and external) that you work with.
 

Professional requirements (minimum):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.

Language required (minimum):

  • English Language, Igbo Language

Software knowledge required (minimum):

  • Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides…
  • OR it’s equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.)

Personal requirements:

  • Genuine interest in sales and building a brand within the FMCG sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and distribution networks across the South East.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong integrity and proven leadership qualities.
  • Creative and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to solve problems through rational and thoughtful analysis.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
